David Gilson

Behind my Prince Kido's pseudo, I am David Gilson, a freelance French artist, specializing in character-design and illustration within the publishing and animation industries.
A graduate of CFT Gobelins in Paris, I had worked for various animation studios such as Ellipsanime, SIP Animation, Marathon, Xilam, and 2 years at Walt Disney Feature Animation where he worked on Disney's Tarzan. In 2010, I finished several illustrated books and merchandise design work for Disney's 50th full-length animated feature Tangled, and am currently developing his new graphic novel.
